“ I got a chicken chimichanga to go and it wasn't like any other chimichanga I've ever had, but it was sooo delicious. Most chimichangas are fried to the point where they're crispy and the chicken gets a little rubbery on the ends. This one had tender, juicy chicken and it was smothered in queso. ”

The food at this place is absolutely delicious, fresh, and hot every single time. I don’t know how they have this level of consistency but my goodness, it’s amazing. Plus, the wait staff is always nice, punctual, and attentive. My wife and I have never once had a poor experience here and don’t believe we ever will. This place is the very definition of “don’t judge a book by its cover” and has some of the best Mexican food you will find in Hudson. ”
